Invest in startups that scale to $100M+ in annual sales and solve pressing societal challenges.
Solving our most pressing societal challenges requires more than software.
We invest in groundbreaking innovations in both hardware and software that have high market potential, often discovered among overlooked founders.
- Lead Investor Advantage – We take the lead in pre-seed and seed rounds, a role many VCs hesitate to fill. This unlocks capital waiting in the wings.
- Support – Our hands-on approach helps founders validate their technology and business model, and increases the likelihood of raising their next round, advancing them toward commercialization.
- Guidance & Training – We provide strategic advice on scaling, exits, team development, fundraising, sales, and onshore green manufacturing.
- Portfolio of Market-Moving Innovations – We invest in category-defining companies like Obatala Sciences, Portico Care, Hexas Biomass, and Hampr—all driving impact to improve health, clean up the environment and drive economic empowerment.
We demystify through education.
Venture capital (VC) is a high-risk asset class. Part of être's mission is to demystify VC and expand participation by providing investor education and one-on-one support through the investment process.
